I wanted to ride the lecht this week but the bike shop phoned me and told me that my headset on the glory is buggered so i need to wait longer for the bike to get fixed. If its fixed by the weekend then I might go up on saturday again.

youve only got two realistic options with the shock. Roco or DHX 5. My mate swears by the roco and i was gonna get 1 but the DHX 5 is what im getting. either would be better than the 5th element. lol

cheers, it does look nice resprayed but i didnt get round to posting pics yet. then my shock died. im getting a dhx 5 now though. btw measure up the bearings and get them from an industrial place instead of santa cruz uk, way cheaper. good luck with fixing it! lol

It was AWESOME. It was dusty dry so it was running really fast so I was able to get a good speed up. I think it was my fastest runs so far. I was also running my new 5tens cause I normally run clips at the fort so it was good to be able to run flats and not be slipping my pedals.
I'm now quite gutted the gondola is closed cause I'd have to like to go back a few more times before next year. You looking forward to inners this weekend?

Their pretty cool. I've only ridden the main long trail once but I've sessioned the road gap part a few times. Its gets a bit boring after a while cause I'm riding alone at the moment.
